Who We Are

Liz David, LMFT

Liz David is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a background in corporate leadership and a passion for understanding how people think, connect, and navigate relationships. Her approach is rooted in systems theory, curiosity, and the belief that understanding our patterns can create meaningful change. Through her therapy practice, Hope in Healing, and her broader work with The Liz David Collective, she helps individuals, couples, and professionals approach life's challenges with greater awareness and intention. Liz brings a thoughtful, practical, and occasionally humorous perspective to conversations about the complexities of being human.

Jake Ross, LCSW

Jake Ross is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) with 15 years in mental health, from residential trauma facilities and hospital trauma floors to leading clinical operations across the country. His approach is rooted in the therapeutic relationship, a person-in-environment lens, and the belief that understanding what drives us is only useful if it helps us move. Through his practice, The Ross Wellness Group, and his broader work within the helping profession, he helps men who look fine on paper understand the stress underneath and build tools that hold up in real life. Jake brings a direct, honest, and grounded Appalachian perspective to conversations about resilience, connection, and the messy middle of mental health.
